TAXI SERVICES ARE FLAGGING IN THE ERA OF RIDE-SHARING.
HOW DO WE MAKE THEM RELEVANT TO CONSUMERS AGAIN?


I developed and implemented creative strategy for a complete rebrand including new logo, graphic elements, type treatments, and brand language for a venerable Puget Sound transportation provider. Our focus was on expressing parity with our ride-sharing competitors in terms of technological advancement and convenience, while differentiating our product without some of the ineffective, mean-spirited attacks used by previous campaigns. Preliminary UX work on a retooled ride hailing app, design-thinking approaches to lasting customer service improvements, and ad strategy and planning.
